what was the main event: When Finn MacCool arrived in Scotland, he found that Benandonner was much larger than he had expected. However, with quick thinking and cunning, Finn was able to outsmart the giant and defeat him.
what happened in the end: Benandonner fled back to Scotland, never to challenge Finn MacCool again. Finn returned to Ireland victorious and was hailed as a hero by his people. The Giant's Causeway remains as a reminder of the epic battle between the two giants.
