Dear John,

I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to tell you about my week on the survival course in Antarctica. It was definitely a challenging experience, but also incredibly rewarding.

We started the week by learning how to build shelters out of snow and ice to protect ourselves from the harsh conditions. It was tough work, but after a few tries, we managed to construct something that kept us warm throughout the nights.

We also learned how to gather food and water from our surroundings. It was quite a task to find edible plants and clean snow, but it made us appreciate the resources we have back home.

One of the highlights of the week was when we went on a hike to see some penguins in their natural habitat. It was such a magical experience to see these incredible creatures up close.

Overall, the week was filled with challenges and adventures, but I feel like I have learned a lot about survival in extreme conditions. I am grateful for the opportunity to have this experience and I can't wait to share more stories with you when I see you next.
