Подумайте и напишите, что вы скажете в каждой из 4 ситуаций, в идеале диалогом. 3 Your friend is fond of autumn while you like spring Try to convince him (her) that spring is the best season (The season I like best is…; There is nothing like…; The time when new life awakes)" 4 It is thawing Walking in the park you notice a boy hurrying across the frozen river It is dangerous to walk on the ice in such weather, so you shout him to stop Suddenly the ice breaks and the boy gets into the water You rescue the poor chap and bring him to your home You talk with him about the episode (It is thawing, to melt, how did you manage to…)
1) You: "I understand that you love autumn, but the season I like best is spring. There is nothing like seeing the flowers bloom and the trees come back to life after a long winter."
Friend: "But I enjoy the crisp air and colorful leaves in autumn."
You: "I get that, but spring brings a sense of new beginnings and rejuvenation. It's such a beautiful time of year."
2) You: "It's thawing out there, so I couldn't help but notice you walking on the frozen river. It's really dangerous to be out there in this weather."
Boy: "I didn't realize it was that dangerous. Thank you for warning me."
You: "I'm just glad I was able to shout out to you in time before the ice broke. How did you manage to stay calm when you fell in the water?"
Boy: "I remembered what you said about the ice being thawed and stayed as calm as I could until you rescued me. Thank you for saving me."
You: "Of course, I couldn't just stand by and do nothing. Let's make sure you're warmed up and safe now."
