Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the bacon and garlic. Toss to combine.Remove the skillet from the heat and quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.Serve the spaghetti carbonara with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top, if desired. Enjoy!
