I had a similar embarrassing moment when I was at a fancy dinner party last year. I noticed everyone looking at me strangely, and that's when I realized I had a piece of spinach stuck in my front teeth. I was mortified, but I tried to play it cool and discreetly excuse myself to the bathroom to fix the situation. I used a toothpick to discreetly remove the spinach and hoped no one noticed. It was definitely a lesson learned to always check my teeth in the mirror after eating!
