Breakfast today consisted of a bowl of oatmeal with sliced bananas and a cup of coffee. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich with avocado and a side of mixed greens. Dinner, or ужин in Russian, was a delicious stir-fry made with tofu, vegetables, and a savory soy sauce.
