Every year on the 25th of December, our family celebrates Christmas together. The story started in my great-grandparents' time when they first introduced this tradition to our family. On that day, we invite our friends to see each other and join in our festive celebration.

Two years later, after my great-grandparents passed away, my grandparents took over the tradition and continued to host the annual Christmas gathering. The traditional food on that day is a hearty roast turkey with all the trimmings, followed by homemade Christmas pudding and mince pies.

During the Christmas celebration, we all give presents to each other and support members of the family who may be going through a difficult time. We also get presents from others and teach the younger generation about the importance of family and tradition.

As the day goes on, we argue with each other, eat tasty things, and express our respect to older members of the family. We introduce our friends to the other members of the family and visit hospitable relatives who live nearby. We cook much food, watch TV, discuss political news, show off our fashionable clothes, talk to each other, and even sing and dance together.

Christmas has become a cherished time for our family to come together, strengthen our bonds, and create lasting memories that we will treasure for years to come.
