Yesterday, I woke up early and went for a morning run in the park.After my run, I cooked a healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs and avocado toast.In the afternoon, I met up with a friend for lunch at a cozy cafe downtown.Later in the day, I spent some time reading a new book in the park and enjoying the nice weather.In the evening, I attended a yoga class to unwind and relax after a busy day.Before bed, I watched a movie and had a cup of herbal tea to end the day on a relaxing note.
