Example: Group members A, B, and C are working on a project together.

A: Hi there! I think we should start by dividing up the tasks for this project. Would anyone like to take on the research portion?

B: I can definitely handle that. I enjoy doing research and I think I can find some good information for our project.

C: Perfect! I can work on creating the outline and putting all of our research together in a cohesive way. And A, maybe you can work on designing the visual aspects of our presentation.

A: Sounds like a plan! Let's set a deadline for when we want to have each task completed so we can stay on track.

B: Agreed. How about we aim to have our research done by the end of the week, the outline by next week, and the visual elements by the following week?

C: That sounds good to me. I'll create a shared Google doc where we can keep track of our progress and communicate with each other. Let's make sure to check in regularly to see how we are progressing.

A: Great idea. I think we are off to a good start. Let's keep up the good communication and teamwork to make sure our project is a success.
