I try to maintain a healthy diet by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and staying hydrated.I enjoy a variety of exercises, such as yoga, pilates, running, and weight lifting.I do experience stress from time to time, but I try to manage it through mindfulness practices, exercise, and spending time with loved ones.Thankfully, I have not been in the hospital for any major health issues, but I have visited for routine check-ups and minor injuries.
